DETAILS ON THE COMPAQ AMATEUR RADIO CLUB FOXHUNT
OBJECTIVE: To develop radio direction finding skills, foster the construction
radio direction finding tools, and have a good time through competition and
social interaction. Designed to be a fun event for all.
Usually there is will be one hunt.
It begins at 9:00 AM and lasts until the fox is found.
Afterwards we gather at a predetrmined resturant so that everyone has a chance to compare hunting techniques.
Talk-in frequencies are the 146.76 and 444.450 linked repeaters.
